You and your staff treated me with such care and patience that it felt like I was renting an extremely expensive car. Service like yours is rare in businesses these days and I don't want my appreciation to go unstated. Thank you so much for going to such great lengths to make sure I was pleased with your company and staff. I would like to thank you sincerely for your excellent service when we were kayaking yesterday.
