With the recent rains we are experiencing great water levels for fall canoe, kayak or raft trips.  The leaves are just starting to turn and our resident bald eagle has been spotted several times last weekend by paddlers.  Those who make it out this Fall will be surprised how few people are on the river, many times you have it all to yourself!

Due to the rain that occurred today the water level for Monday September 5th, Labor Day will be excellent, and a level more normal for the month of June.  It will be a great time to experience the Little Miami River, hope to see you on the River!

Yes we are open and running canoe, kayak and raft trips weekdays this first week of September every hour on the hour from 10-4.  This Saturday the 3rd, Sunday the 4th and Monday Labor Day we run trips every hour 9-4.  River conditions are what I would call normal early Sep level, meaning it is not high but also not too low.  Most people can take a trip in one of our plastic canoes and not get out due to low water, and a few might get out a couple of times.  Hope to see you on the river this weekend!
