Driving Directions

For your convenience, here are driving directions from different locations. Keep in mind RiversEdge is just 30 minutes from Dayton, 45 minutes from Cincinnati, and just 1 hour from Columbus.

From Downtown Dayton and North:

• Take Interstate 75 south to Exit 52B onto US Route 35 east (toward Xenia)
• Take US Route 35 east 13 miles to the Route 35 Bypass (towards Washington Courthouse)
• Take the Route 35 Bypass 2.9 miles to the US Route 42 Exit
• Take US Route 42 south towards Lebanon
• Rivers Edge is 8 miles south on Route 42 on the left (east) side

From Centerville:

• Take Spring Valley Road east.
• When Spring Valley-Centerville Road dead ends into Route 42, turn right (south).
• Rivers Edge is 2 miles on the left side.

From Kettering:

• Take Wilmington Pike south past State Route 725 (Alex Bell Rd.)
• Turn right at 3-way stop and continue on Wilmington-Dayton Pike 1/2 mile to 4-way stop.
• Turn left on Centerville Rd.
• Go 4.6 miles to a dead end into Route 42.
• Turn right and Rivers Edge is 2 miles on the left (east).

From Xenia:

• Route 42 south 9 miles
• RiversEdge is on the left (east) side.

From Springboro:

• Take Route 73 east to the intersection of Route 42 at Waynesville.
• Turn left (north) on 42
• Rivers Edge is 5 miles on the right (east) side.

From Eastern Cincinnati:

• Take Interstate 71 north to Exit 28 (Lebanon/south exit)
• Bear right at exit to Route 48 north
• Go 6.0 miles to intersection of Route 42
• Turn right (north) and Rivers Edge is 12 miles north on Route 42 on the right (east) side.

From Central and Western Cincinnati:

• Take Interstate 75 north to exit 38 – Ohio Route 73 (Franklin-Sprinboro)
• Take Route 73 east through Springboro 10 miles to intersection with Route 42 in Waynesville.
• Turn left (north) on Route 42. Rivers Edge will be on
  your right.

From Columbus:

• Take Interstate 71 south to Exit 65 onto US Route 35 (Washington Courthouse/Xenia Exit).
• Take Route 35 west toward Dayton and Xenia for 21 miles
• Take US Route 42 south (Lebanon exit).
• Rivers Edge is 8 miles south on the left.
